Home Staging Consultations for Owner-Occupied Homes

Formal Evaluation Report- A detailed, prioritized, room by room report is prepared for the homeowner and Realtor. Includes curb-appeal and backyard evaluation. Sets homeowners up for success in completing the work themselves. Flat rate charge based on square footage.
Verbal Walk-Through Consultation - A thorough evaluation is conducted while the homeowner takes notes and does the work themselves. Flat rate charge based on square footage; additional hourly charge may apply.
New Service: Off-Site Staging Consultation - Applause will meet with sellers via Zoom for a verbal video walk-through evaluation of their home or sellers can email photos and a phone or Zoom appointment can be set to go over recommendations. Written, prioritized reports based on photos are also available.

Hands-On Home Staging for Owner-Occupied Homes

Show up and Stage! - Includes furniture and accessory arrangement by working with the homeowner’s furnishings plus organizational & de-cluttering help is also provided all at an hourly rate.
Two-Part Staging - A thorough Verbal Walk-Through Consultation is conducted while advising homeowner on what to do to prepare for final staging. At that time, a hands-on staging appointment will be set. There is an initial consultation charge for the first visit and an hourly charge for the final staging appointment. Any Applause accessories/furnishings used is an additional rental fee.

Redesign Services

Applause “Makeover Magic”- Makeover and organizational services are provided to bring new life to rooms while tackling problem areas. The focus is using what the homeowner already has. There is an initial consultation charge then an hourly charge for hands-on work. Gift certificates are available.
Color Consultation - Help with selecting interior color or color scheme for one room, main living areas or whole house while considering furnishings and design style. Also provide direction for exterior paint color options.

Updating and Renovation Consultations

Direction is provided for minor home renovation projects focusing on market-ready appeal with recommendations for updating with paint colors and fixtures, in addition to advice on types/colors of flooring, counter tops and cabinets that may be needed. There is an initial consultation charge and any additional time spent researching product information/sourcing is at an hourly rate.

Short-Term Rental and Vacation Rental Styling Consultations

Direction is provided for the do-it-yourselfer with an initial consultation followed by a room by room written color theme and styling plan, complete with updating ideas and sourcing for furnishings and supplies. The focus is on guest needs and comfort for maximum return. Flat rate charge based on square footage; hands-on styling is at an additional hourly rate.
